betty Announces New Co-pro Deal For Australia And New Zealand With Lune Media
betty has agreed a first look deal for Lune Media to represent its formats in Australia and New Zealand. Lune Media, headed by Leonie Lowe and based in Sydney, will make local versions of betty’s hit format and features shows.
London-based betty’s output includes The Undateables, Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners, Heston’s Great British Food, The Food Inspectors and The Fabulous Baker Brothers: A Bite of Britain. Among the shows made by Lune Media are television specials for Australia’s leading food editor and best-selling author, Donna Hay.

betty makes high quality, specialist factual, features and adventure shows including Heston’s Fantastical Food, The Undateables, Bear Grylls: Mission Survive, Obsessive Compulsive Cleaners and The Fabulous Baker Brothers. It was set up in 2001 by Liz Warner, a former commissioning editor for Channel 4, and makes programmes for channels including BBC One, BBC Two, BBC Three, ITV, Channel 4 and Discovery.
